Vou compartilhar minha experi\u00eancia e dar dicas valiosas para voc\u00ea se sair bem em uma entrevista na Alemanha \u2013 e em alem\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Minha experi\u00eancia com o Ausbildung<\/h2>\n<p>Primeiro, quero falar sobre o tipo de entrevista que fiz. Eu me apliquei para um <strong>Ausbildung<\/strong>, que \u00e9 um curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional que combina teoria e pr\u00e1tica. Como meu objetivo \u00e9 me tornar educadora, passei por duas etapas:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Entrevista com a docente da Fachschule<\/strong> (escola t\u00e9cnica).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrevista com a diretora do Kindergarten<\/strong> (jardim de inf\u00e2ncia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada profiss\u00e3o exige habilidades espec\u00edficas, mas algumas dicas s\u00e3o universais e v\u00e3o te ajudar nesse processo!<\/p>\n<h2>O que esperar na entrevista?<\/h2>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 No in\u00edcio, o entrevistador pode quebrar o gelo perguntando sobre seu trajeto at\u00e9 a empresa e te oferecendo algo para beber. Use esse momento para se acalmar e organizar seus pensamentos.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 O entrevistador apresentar\u00e1 a empresa e a vaga. Preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o! No final, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 fazer perguntas, e n\u00e3o pega bem perguntar algo que j\u00e1 foi explicado.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o: Prepare-se para falar sobre voc\u00ea em cerca de 5 minutos. Seja aut\u00eantico e evite apenas repetir o que est\u00e1 no seu curr\u00edculo ou carta de candidatura (<em>das Anschreiben<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Pergunta comum: \ud83d\udc49 <em>Wo sehen Sie sich in 5 Jahren?<\/em> (Onde voc\u00ea se v\u00ea em 5 anos?)
