\nA: That\u2019s because you don\u2019t keep a good posture.
\nB: And my neck is so stiff!
\nA: Just relax. Now let\u2019s stretch our arms.
\nB: Alright.
\nA: Hold your stomach in. Now try to reach your feet. Nice and slow.
\nB: I guess I\u2019m too old for that.
\nA: How old are you?
\nB: I\u2019m 25!<\/p>\n

\nThis is the same as saying \u201cI suppose\u201d and it\u2019s used when saying something that is probably true. You say \u201cI guess\u201d or \u201cI suppose\u201d to show that you are slightly uncertain about what you are saying. Here are some examples:<\/p>\n
\nI guess I\u2019ll never be able to explain.
\nI guess they must be feeling a little stressed out.<\/p>\n
\nStretching is a form of physical exercise. It\u2019s the act of releasing tension from the muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons, in order to improve the elasticity and achieve a comfortable muscle tone. Check out some examples:<\/p>\n
\nI tried to stretch down to touch my toes.
\nShe always begins her workout with a good stretch.<\/p>\n
\nWhen you want to know a person\u2019s age, or even the age of something, you can start your question with \u201chow old\u201d, and remember that age is a description, so the \u201cto be\u201d verb will be part of the question. Check out these different examples, starting with the question from the dialogue:<\/p>\n
\nHow old is she? She is 12.
\nHow old are they?<\/p>\n
